DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

To manage and take full responsibility of the Hair & Beauty Salon whilst ensuring the team provide high levels of customer service adhering to all company guidelines and hygiene procedures. Giving our guests a valued Hair & Beauty experience whilst striving to maximize sales & exceed budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• All aspects of Hairdressing including cutting, colouring ETC
• Overseeing all aspects of beauty treatments
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer care are achieved
• Maintain the high Standards of service and hygiene
• Comply with all C.O.S.H.H. and health and safety controls and Regulations
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Venue
• Be responsible for spends, margins, stocktaking and ordering, customer satisfaction and monetary security
• Conform to operating procedures and opening and closing procedures
• Provide training to the team as and when appropriate
• Provide management with feedback to enable improvements in service to be achieved
• Manage designated shifts in a professional and effective manner

Requirements

The Successful applicant will:

• Have an NVQ Level 2 or above in hairdressing
• Have at least 2 years experience in Hairdressing
• Have good Communication Skills
• Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Have a problem solving attitude
