The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Feeding Supervisor to join our team. You will assist the manager in planning and organising daily routines of the team that delivers patient catering services in line with service level specifications budgets and performance monitoring arrangements.

Your main duties will include:

• Ensure the delivery of a quality food and beverage service to patients.
• To build a culture of open and honest communication.
• Build a sound working relationship with all to enable effective communication and team work.
• Day to day direction of staff duties prioritising where necessary.
• Review quality and delivery of the services.
• Communicate effectively to staff relevant information relating to their services.

The Person

• Must have previous experience in working within a catering environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of special diets
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
• Team player.
• Must have a 'can do' attitude be articulate, flexible.
• IT literate.
