The Position

You will look after hungry people, ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently.
This will involve everything from menu planning and financial controls to ensuring the very highest standards of food presentation and people management. You will show attention to detail, have a flair for cooking, beyond just following recipes, and the skill, knowledge and creativity to develop sensational menus.

The Person

• Ideally, you will have NVQ Level 1 & 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent.
• Demonstrate through your portfolio that your experience meets our standards.
• Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety
• Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
• Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
• A 'can do' attitude
• Financial acumen
• Computer literate
• Good command of the English Language
