The Position You will be managing a team on a day to day basis. The role involves being responsible for all aspects of the management and administration, and you will be expected to have a hands on involvement in all areas. Excellent customer service skills for this position are very important in this role.
The Person Ideally, you will have
- NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation or equivalent
- Relevant management experience within the catering and hospitality industry
- Standards and quality driven management style
- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
- A 'Can do' attitude
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Computer literacy
