The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our team. You will need to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the day-to-day and event-day retail functions within the unit to our clients and customers, whilst managing the business needs and performance standards.

The Person

• To hold a Personal Licensee Certificate
• Be able to lead a team and encourage development
• Build good relations with both Client and Customers
• To ensure day-to-day delivery of catering services as advised to standards set within the business
• Knowledge of and adhere to all IOSH and COSHH legislation
• Demonstrate ability to identify training needs and carry out on the job training
• Operate secure stock ordering, receipt, issues and control systems
• Self-motivated and the ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
• Team player
• A 'Can-do' attitude
