Ensuring we exceed the expectations of guests in all aspects of their visit, from arrival to departure, specifically the quality of service, food and beverage and quality of product. Specific responsibilities include:Effectively managing team members for an event

Ensuring all team members maximise all sales opportunities

Dealing with any customer queries in an appropriate manner

Managing the Food & Beverage service to consistently high standards

Ensuring compliance with all training requirements

Effectively controlling the flow of service and customers for an event

Managing payroll, schedules, stock and wastage on a daily basis
