About this role
This position will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in the Food & Beverage operation in both the Hilton Newbury North and Newbury Centre hotels. A proven track record is essential in terms of perational accountability within your current business environment. This challenging new role will invlove developing the intergration between the 2 hotels in order to operate as one businessYou will be responsible for the effective management and performance of all Food & Beverage Operations in the hotel. Quality, service and high standards are critical to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include•Ensure consistent Brand Service Standards are delivered in every area
•Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
•Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of F&B
•Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action
•Set achievable budgets and other short and long term Functional goals
•Provide effective leadership to the F&B teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and for their own career progression
