Leisure Assistant & Fitness Instructor (2 posts)

Salary up to £12'500 + comms - depending on experience & qualifications

We are looking to recruit a full time REPS level 2 Fitness Instructor and non fitness based Leisure Assistant .The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the leisure industry, be self motivated and have bags of energy to deliver an exceptional service to over 1000 members.

You will be expected to manage the fitness assessment and induction process for all new members, complete a range of retention and after sales initiatives as well as carry out general duties including reception, membership tours and maintain day to day operations including cleaning & maintenance to the highest of standards. To be considered for the fitness instructor position you will need to hold a recognised REPS level 2 fitness qualification and preferably a first aid at work and pool lifesaving qualification.

Opened in June 2004, The Cambridge Belfry is an elegant modern hotel with excellent facilities, located just 8 miles from Cambridge and the M11, next to Cambourne Village. The hotel is a superb location for conference needs, with a range of 8 conference and banqueting rooms catering for up to 275 people. The three largest rooms are also ideally suited for weddings and dinner dances.
