| About the job | At Jarvis Hotels, we are committed to offering our guest the best service as soon as they arrive. As a Reception Manager you will be responsible for the first point of contact with our customers - the Front Office and the Reception and Reservations desk. You will ensure they run smoothly and efficiently all day, every day. You will use your excellent leadership skills to maximise occupancy and maintain profitability through your efficient management and accurate accounting. |
