We are looking for a committed and experienced Catering and Retail Manager to be responsible for all areas of catering and retail including the cafe/bar, the shop and the management of all cash facilities across one of the Sodexo Defence contracts. The successful applicant will be responsible to the General Service Manager and the Retail Area Manager.

The main focus of this role will be to deliver, maintain and develop the highest standards of service in the retail and catering areas and to assist both direct reports in attaining client and customer satisfaction. The other key aspects of the role will include managing a team of staff.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in catering management. You will be a self motivated team player with management experience within the retail or cafe bar industry. A qualification to a basic level in food safety or food Hygiene would be desirable
