About this role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Meeting and Events Sales Administrator based at the Thistle Exeter Hotel located in the charming city centre of Exeter and close to the countryside of Devon. The hotel boasts 98 bedrooms and 10 meeting rooms, the largest one seating 250 delegates.
As a Meeting and Events Sales Administrator you will be responsible for promoting the hotels facilities to prospective clients and co-ordinating their events to ensure business targets for revenue and profits are achieved. You will have a passion for meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The position encompasses a high level of telephone communication, office administration and support and previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a customer facing role within a hotel. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of Delphi systems are preferred.
