About this role

To be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the club members Restaurant. To support and Report into the Assistant F&B Manager in the delivery of Club Restaurant & Lounge bar facilities and food services. As Senior Restaurant Supervisor you will be required to take responsibility for the Restaurant and its operation. Substantial knowledge of all aspects of food service is essential. You must posses’ excellent customer skills and the ability to develop and improve restaurant business.
