The People 1st Train to Gain Sector Compact is an agreement between People1st and Government, that runs for 3 years, to increase the participation of Train to Gain by hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism employers through:
Increased flexibilities in what Train to Gain can offer
Specific marketing and communication
Initial provision for publicly-funded sector-specific customer
service qualifications
